"Working on my anger/ rage/ extreme irritability". Maybe not the most popular new year's resolution, but not any less important.
This is such a loaded topic, and as the title of this episode explains, a story I never thought I would share or wanted to share. It's that place of pain in my heart that feels too vulnerable, too exposed, and yet, here it is.
In this episode, I'm sharing my own story with anger relating to premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and how it wasn't so apparent until after I had my daughter. Then the sin was more exposed than ever. But with exposure comes freedom.
If you're caught right in the middle of dealing with anger, rage or intense irritability, just no you're not alone and there is hope. When we can start being honest with ourselves, that's when the healing can begin.
Hope you are blessed by this episode.
Lauren
