E113 Gluten-Free Summer Meal Challenge - Plan with Purpose

    30/06/2026 | 14 min
Are you ready to start the Gluten-Free Summer Meal Challenge and reboot your gluten-free life?

    Let’s get ready for a little bit of planning . . .

Summer can feel lighter, slower, and a little more relaxed… which makes it the perfect time to simplify your gluten-free meals without the stress and overwhelm.

In this episode of the Gluten-Free Summer Meal Challenge, we’re diving into one of the most powerful habits you can build for your gluten-free lifestyle: simple meal planning.

Now, before you panic at the words “meal planning,” take a deep breath.

This is NOT about spending hours in the kitchen chopping vegetables, prepping endless containers, or planning every bite you’ll eat all week long.

This challenge is all about simple steps that create big change.

Today, we’re focusing on ONE thing: Planning your dinners for the week.

    That’s it.

    Inside this episode, I’m sharing:

Why meal planning changed everything for my gluten-free family

How planning lowers stress and helps you stay on track

Why you do NOT need to plan every meal and snack

The simple first step that makes healthy gluten-free dinners easier

How to use what you already have in your kitchen first

Easy ways to create a flexible gluten-free meal routine that works for YOUR life

Why “small steps equal big rewards” when creating sustainable gluten-free habits

As a mom raising three children with Celiac Disease, I know firsthand how overwhelming dinner time can feel when everyone is busy, hungry, and running in different directions.

But I also know this: Having a plan changes everything.

When you know what’s for dinner ahead of time, you remove so much stress, decision fatigue, and last-minute scrambling.

    And the best part?

Meal planning does NOT have to be complicated to work.

Listen in and learn how a little planning can go a long way!

And remember, this challenge is not about perfection.

It’s about creating a gluten-free lifestyle that feels sustainable, delicious, and realistic for YOU.

And. . . You do not have to do this alone.

If you’re ready for personalized support in building a healthier, easier gluten-free lifestyle, I’d love to help you. Reach out to schedule a coaching call so that we can improve your gluten-free plate together.

E109 The Hidden Hardships of Living Gluten-Free (Stop the Judgement)

    02/06/2026 | 14 min
There was a lot of judgment thrown around last month as we celebrated Celiac Awareness Month.

WE know that living gluten-free isn’t made-up. It isn’t a trend. It isn’t a fad. And, it certainly isn’t always “easy.”

In today’s heartfelt episode, I’m opening up about the judgment, negativity, and misinformation that flooded social media during Celiac Awareness Month, and why it deeply affected the gluten-free community.

If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, left out, judged, overwhelmed, or exhausted by all the planning that comes with living gluten-free, this episode is for you.

People who don’t live this lifestyle often have no idea what goes into staying safe and healthy EVERY SINGLE DAY.

In this episode, we’re talking about:

Why Celiac Disease is a serious autoimmune disease — not a choice

The emotional and mental load of living gluten-free

Social anxiety, exclusion, and judgment within relationships and friendships

The hidden stress of grocery shopping, label reading, and cross-contamination

Why Celiac Disease changes a spontaneous lifestyle

The frustration of hearing people dismiss or mock gluten-free living

How to stop listening to negativity and start building confidence in your gluten-free life

This episode is also a reminder that while living gluten-free comes with real hardships and sacrifices… it is still possible to build a healthy, joyful, and fulfilling life.

    You are not “too much.”
    You are not difficult.
    You are protecting your health.

    And that matters.

If this episode encourages you, helps you feel seen, or reminds you that you’re not alone on this journey, please share this episode with another gluten-free friend and leave a review for the podcast so more people find us.

    Most importantly:

    Keep advocating.
    Keep educating.
Keep showing up for yourself and your health.

Because gluten-free living is real  . . . and so are you.
