Today I’m joined by Riley Armitage. Riley is a Melbourne-based content creator known for her daily vlogs and, more recently, sharing glimpses of her relationship with her girlfriend, Tessa.

In this conversation, Riley speaks candidly about love, her relationship with Tessa, her experience coming out to her mum, and how her understanding of relationships and identity has changed over time. She also reflects on her upbringing and family dynamics, including her close relationship with her sister, Izzy Armitage.

Riley also opens up about the mindset that influenced her confidence and helped her make the decision to quit her corporate job to do content full-time.

Today I’m joined by Stephanie Browitt. Stephanie is a survivor of a volcanic eruption that tragically claimed the lives of her sister and her father. She experienced severe burns to 70% of her body and has since shown incredible strength throughout her recovery, documenting her journey online.

In this conversation, Stephanie reflects on her time recovering in hospital, the deeply emotional experience of saying goodbye to her dad, and the promise she made to find the strength to walk to the lectern and speak at her sister’s and father’s funeral.

She also talks about the incredible support from her mum, Marie, who, even while grieving the loss of her husband and daughter, was always there for Stephanie. This is an incredible story of resilience and a powerful reminder of the importance of family.
