Host Trudy sits down with three women who have made waves on the international stage and earned world championship titles to find out what motivates them, what sacrifices they have had to make, what drives them when the going gets tough, and so many other lessons that can also be applied to life in whole. Sasha Gatt is two-time Olympian who has been breaking national records since she was 13 years old. Full of passion for swimming, Sasha also has some great thoughts to share the FOMO of young athletes and how she has dealt with disappointment. Runner and mother of two Doctor Jemima Farley is possibly the most humble World Champion you are ever likely to meet, Jemima shares the reality of juggling a family, a full time career as a GP and an outstanding runner career. Danica Bonello Spiteri is also a doctor and mum, but hasn’t let that hold her back from representing Malta at the Commonwealth Games and other World Championships events as a triathlete and duoathlete. Beyond inspiring sports women, the guests share the reality of what it takes to be the best of the best, how parenthood has impacted them, they share the journey their dreams have taken them on and the lessons they have learned.
