Is it just me, or does September feel like it was six months ago? I open this episode by sharing a very real and very deep healing experience I had on October 1st that has made this month feel like a quantum leap in time. My inner child was seen in a profound way, inspiring a new tool we're releasing on October 8th called Meet Your Child's Soul. I talk about conscious parenting, healing our own inner child through the process, and then segue into the one thing I'm doing differently right now: walking. How it has brought a piece of me back to life that I didn't even know was missing, and created a ripple of change and forward momentum for our entire family. I also share a little about the new direction within GUIDED and why I believe so many of us are in a pivot right now, or preparing for one. Cozy up and enjoy!
