Hi everyone, Sheevaun Moran here driving for your success and You have a critic inside of you I've written a whole series on my blog about the inner critic and what to do about it and the inner critic is so It's so important to everybody to hang on to it to use it to live from it to be a critic and and there is and importance to the critic. But the bigger importance is, what's on the other side of the inner critic? Is there a solution? Is there something that you're going to that is going to solve the situation that you are critical of? It's easy to criticize. It's easy to find the problem. It's easy to find what's wrong. And it's easy to say you would do it differently. It's easier to be a critic. We're taught to be a critic. We are trained to be the best critics. We're trained to find the problems. We have to be retrained to find the solutions. So an inner critic is a habit, it's an attitude, it's a belief pattern, and it's a programming. And if you can take one day and change that inner critic to, okay, I see this and what is the opportunity and go toward the opportunity. Just one day. Try it for one day. Make a note of it. Make some notes about it, about being the critic and how you feel being in the opportunity of finding a solution. The remedy for an inner critic is usually not very easily sought after, but somebody who takes a stance to say, you know what, I'm going to shift this, I see there's something more here, I see that there's benefit to this, I see that we can do something more, achieve something more greater, more abundant, more fluid, more effortless, better energy, better thinking, etc. That way is going to get your inner critic to play a better game. Get you into a solution. Find the problem, identify a solution. A solution doesn't have to be the right solution, but a solution. It starts there. It just starts with the smallest, smallest things of shifting that inner critic into something more productive, more powerful, and actually more palatable to the rest of the world.
