In this simple, profound talk, Moojibaba shares his core guidance to 'recede' or detach from all that we are experiencing, revealing the natural stillness and spaciousness of our true Being.
"Recede, recede, until what point?
Until nothing is being managed, everything is being perceived.
All things, and even the reaction to them, become external,
and something is left.
It just is.
This is the goal of all spiritual endeavors.
You find yourself."

The Simple Joy and Power of Detached Witnessing
In this Satsang excerpt, Moojibaba offers clear, simple guidance on how we can consciously exercise our capacity to witness with detachment.
Followed through persistently, this practice has the power to transform our lives and reveal our true nature as pure Being.
“Witnessing means to be aware of something but to stay detached from it. In this witnessing, nothing is happening to me because I'm not involved.
And from witnessing, something greater happens—Self-Awareness comes alive—and the scenes lose their magnetism for you.
This is one of the most potent spiritual exercises.”

The Call From Within ~ Guided Meditation with Mooji
Wherever we may be, whatever our outward circumstance, this is an invitation to be fully here, in the presence of God. Simple, deep and profound, in this meditation Moojibaba guides us into the direct recognition of stillness, which is revealed as our original and essential nature.
"Let go and experience emptiness. Be the emptiness experiencing emptiness."

How to Be Free From Ego
Moojibaba takes a student through a clear, step-by-step guidance into the core of Self-Inquiry. A practical, ever-relevant response to the question “how to observe with detachment?”
“The feeling ‘I’ in you:
‘I see, I think, I did, I know’,
who is the ‘I’ that knows?
Is it personal or impersonal?
This is the most important discovery,
because until you really realize this and know this,
you take yourself to be an object,
perceiving other objects.”

Transcending Anger
In this heartfelt exchange, a student shares the transformation he has experienced through Satsang, but still seeks help with anger that occasionally arises in daily life.
Moojibaba responds clearly and practically, highlighting the identity of the one who is apparently struggling with this issue. Through the guidance of observing with detachment, the anger is used as an opportunity to recognise our true nature as the uninvolved witness.
“What keeps the anger alive?
The sense of ‘me’ is the fuel for this anger.
Can the ‘me’ also be included in the seeing?
Can you recede to the space that is beyond even ‘me’ and its anger?
When you are out of it, you’ll know immediately that it didn’t exist.
It doesn’t exist in the place of being.
It only exists in the place of becoming—the place of the person.
But there is a place which is beyond autobiography—Here, the most true place.”
