💗 Meditation Monday 🧘♀️ - Body Love & Appreciation
"We only get one body...let's speak kindly to it."
I heard these words on my workout today and I just loved them! In one moment, I was just wishing my workout was done, and in the next, I was extremely grateful that I GET to move my body!
We can be really tough on our bodies! Especially as we go through our monthly cycles, as we age and change, and as we are inundated with images of what "beauty" looks like and fault ourselves for not being "that."
So, let's take a break from all of that nonsense today and just LOVE UP ON OUR BODIES!
Let's shower it with words of love and affirmation, with gratitude and with care.
