German New Medicine Stories

This week my little sister, Kezia, is back and telling her stories of healing chronic sports injuries she’s had since she was 9 years old including shin splints and plantarfasciitis. Her story is not an uncommon one of sports performance insecurities mixed with hyper confidence megalomania - or what she refers to as her god complex around sports. She also tells a funny story about a motor conflict she had which resulted in a reoccurring hamstring strain - which healed after she finally confessed a secret she had kept for a year and a half.

If you are dealing with any type of chronic pain this is a must watch!

I'm am back again with a new batch of German New Medicine stories for you! This episode is a deep dive into resolving a kidney collecting tubules (KCT) conflict with my real-life little sister, Kezia. The main symptom associated with a KCT is weight gain and the inability to lose weight. If you want to understand what "fish out of water," abandonment, refugee, or existence conflicts sound like in real life, this episode is for you. You’ll also get a sneak peek into how learning GNM can positively change family dynamics, compassion for others perspectives and experiences, and a little more insight into me outside of my public persona!

This weeks episode is a MUST watch for parents, or anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of and relationship with others (in this case their children)! Emma, mother of five children under the age of eight, takes her understanding of GNM and applies it in her parenting in such a powerful way.

First with a story of her eldests daughter's minor constipation and understanding it as a morsel conflict and desire (most often) for time with Emma. She then takes us on a funny self reflective story about her panicked reaction to a situation between her two sons.

She then descibes a resistance conflict and how she observed a pattern of high blood sugar levels throughout a distressing discourse with her property management company about increases in rent.

Emma also gives us such a tangible insight into the aggressive constellation, both in how she witnessed it in herself and her daughter. She was signposted towards addressing her own aggressive constellation due to expereincing increasing pubic symphysis pain as a result of a self-devaluation conflict about these aggressive outbursts. Finally, her understanding of her daughters aggressive constellation helped her discern her needs and how to drastically reduce the conflict load.

This week I’m joined by Audrey, a mother, who shares with us both her personal stories as well as conflicts she’s observed in her children. Firstly, she shares a story of observing and understanding her daughter’s eczema. She then talks about an experience of a near car accident with her children in the car and the flu symptoms which came in resolutions - noting the differences in symptoms between herself and her son. She then unravels her history of what she believed was hormonal acne, and how German New Medicine has helped her understand pattern of her flare ups. Finally she tells of her experience with vomiting during pregnancy in relation to a territorial conflict about sharing the news of her pregnancy with her family.

This week I’m joined by fellow German New Medicine Educator, Abigail! She shares some great stories about hairloss, a conflict active symptom of a separation conflict; her resolution of a chronic stuffed nose; the discovery and resolution of eczema, a healing phase symptom of a separation conflict on her mother-child side; and finally a UTI story of a territorial marking conflict resolution. Abigail shares some great alternative strategies of resolution or downgrading symptoms!
