A new song about the 2025 Seahawks has been released, so Brock and Salk listen to it on the air and then react to it. They then welcome on former Seahawks kicker Stephen Hauschka, who is now working with Mike Macdonald and the Seahawks on culture building, about some of his work, what he is up to now, some good stories from his playing days with the Seahawks and more. Finally, they end the show with Answer The Question Jerk.

Brock and Salk discuss the importance of a great defense in today's NFL after the Texans win over the Steelers and tie it back to the Seahawks. Can their defense win them a championship? Or one of the other great defenses in the NFL? Then, they welcome on Daniel jeremiah of the NFL Network for his weekly segment in which he breaks down the keys for Sam Darnold, if this Seahawks-49ers matchup will be much different than the last one two weeks ago, the NFL Wild Card games and more.

Brock and Salk circle back to their conversation with Hawkblogger in which he says the Seahawks defense is the best singular unit in the NFL. Do they agree? They then go Around The NFL, with stories including Ben Johnson, John Harbaugh, Jalen Hurts and Tony Romo. In Blue 88, topics include another off field advantage that the Seahawks will have over the 49ers on Saturday, another reason that DK Metcalf was no longer a fit in the Seahawks scheme and what is something he really lookd forward to not talking about anymore if the Seahawks make the Super Bowl.

The Steelers were eliminated from the NFL Playoffs by the Texans last night, and Salk celebrates Aaron Rodgers being eliminated, and also reacts to some sound from Rodgers' postgame press conference. Later, they re-air their conversation with Brian Nemhauser (aka Hawkblogger) to hear all of his thoughts on WIld Card Weekend, Seahawks vs 49ers for a third time and much more.
