4/6/26 - Mark Levin: Why Birthright Citizenship Has No Constitutional Basis

    07/04/2026 | 1 h 50 min
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the media are partisan activists hate the Constitution and the American people. Neither the Supreme Court justices during oral arguments for birthright citizenship nor the critical headlines offered any substantive counters, such as a single statement from the authors of the 1866 Act or 14th Amendment supporting universal citizenship for children of illegal aliens. If the Court constitutionalizes birthright citizenship for children of aliens or illegal aliens—something with no basis in the Constitution—it would enshrine a policy Congress has never enacted, leading to monumental consequences, including incentivized mass illegal immigration, exploitation by China through birth tourism, and future security risks from citizens with foreign loyalties holding sensitive positions. Also, did you know the American Revolution actually began well before 1776 and was, in fact, decades in the making? Did you know that we lost more battles than we won? Did you know only about 40-45% of the colonists supported the war?  One can only imagine what the "forever war" crowd today would have said and how they would've trashed George Washington and the patriots had they been roaming the earth back then. Later, a scandal has emerged over the extraction of two downed pilots in Iran, involving a leak that revealed the U.S. was searching for them. The leak endangered the second pilot’s life, as the enemy was previously unaware, forcing a race against time to rescue him before they could act.  Trump stated that the media company which released the information must surrender it under national security grounds or face jail. The First Amendment does not provide immunity from prosecution in national security cases.

The Best Of Mark Levin - 4/4/26

    04/04/2026 | 1 h 2 min
This week on the Mark Levin Show, the war against the Iranian regime, though only a few weeks old, is going very well. Voices of despair—some genuine, many contrived—are widespread but do not reflect broad reality. The President’s base remains solidly supportive. Opposition comes loudly from Democrats, Woke Reich isolationists and a public heavily influenced by uniformly negative media coverage and social media operations. Premature cessation of this war would be devastating, allowing the regime to rebuild with aid from China, Russia, and North Korea, delivering a major victory to the Axis of Evil. The U.S. needs to stay the course. A premature end to the Operation Epic Fury, without fully eliminating the regime, risks repeating the mistakes after World War I, when a devastated Germany gave rise to the Third Reich and led to World War II and the Holocaust. Meanwhile, we have the opposition in America from the neo-fascists, Marxists, Islamists, Woke Reich, and parts of the media who are trying to tie the administration’s hands by opposing any troops, regime change, or action on the uranium, effectively ensuring America cannot win. President Donald Trump is trying to take the reins with an executive order aimed at restricting birthright citizenship only to those born here to actual citizens or legal permanent residents. This isn’t just a legal matter; it has profound implications for our elections. Democrats see an opportunity here, they’re ready to exploit our immigration system to pad their voter rolls. In addition, one of the notable trends surrounding birthright citizenship involves Chinese nationals who are increasingly using this provision to secure U.S. citizenship for their children. Peter Schweizer describes this as a phenomenon occurring on an industrial scale. Such a trend raises pressing concerns about national security and the long-term consequences for American institutions. Also, Democratic Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed compared the radicalism of Iran to the MAGA movement.

4/3/26 - Trump's Defense Budget: A Bold Move Amidst Crisis

    04/04/2026 | 1 h 50 min
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, a U.S. F-15 has been downed in a desolate area of Iran. One crew member has been successfully rescued, while search efforts continue for the second. President Trump declined to discuss specifics of the ongoing search and rescue operation and said that the incident would not affect negotiations with Iran. Also, the White House has requested $1.5 trillion for defense in the new budget. This is a great proposal - national defense is the federal government's top responsibility.  Later, the Democrats are telling us, repeatedly, that if they win the House, they will impeach the president and conduct a reign of terror against all who work for him, all who have worked for him, and do everything possible to cripple his presidency. We should not roll over and play dead as they burn down the country. Afterward, Mayor Zohran Mamdani released an Easter statement that completely omitted any mention of Jesus Christ, despite Easter specifically celebrating Christ's death and resurrection. This statement was issued intentionally on Good Friday, part of a deliberate pattern by the Muslim mayor of New York City. Finally, Col Allen West calls in to give an update on how the military is conducting their search and rescue mission for the missing F-15 fighter pilot. He also expresses his annoyance at the media Iran war coverage, viewing it as unconscionable criticism during active operations, akin to opposing troops on D-Day.

4/2/26 - Birthright Citizenship: History, Law, and Controversy

    03/04/2026 | 1 h 51 min
On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, President Donald Trump is trying to take the reins with an executive order aimed at restricting birthright citizenship only to those born here to actual citizens or legal permanent residents. Lastly, Governor Kathy Hochul is considering a potential agreement with a major union that would enable public employees, including teachers and nurses hired after 2012, to retire at 55. This initiative comes with a staggering price tag of approximately $1.5 billion for taxpayers.

4/1/26 - Artemis II: A New Era of Space Exploration

    02/04/2026 | 1 h 58 min
On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, WMAL's Larry O'Connor fills in. The Artemis II launch was a pivotal moment for American space innovation. This four-member crew is gearing up for an ambitious 10-day journey that will take them around the moon and back, marking NASA's first crewed venture beyond low Earth orbit in over five decades. Also, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has issued an open letter to the American public, filled with typical propaganda remarks and condemnation of U.S. involvement in Iran. Pezeshkian's letter seems like a desperate attempt to sway American opinion and force a ceasefire. As the conflict escalates and shipping through the crucial Strait of Hormuz halts, we must remain focused on national security and resist calls for appeasement, prioritizing the safety and integrity of our nation.  Lastly, long airport lines and escalating worries about domestic threats weren’t enough to deter Senate Democrats from once again blocking funding for Homeland Security on Friday. This marks the fifth attempt by Senate Majority Leader John Thune and his Republican colleagues to reopen the agency. Their latest unsuccessful effort coincides with the Department of Homeland Security shutdown entering its 35th day.
