Last Word On Spurs

Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Billie T, Luke and Marlon from as a traumatic night ended in defeat after conceding four goals in the opening stages of our Champions League last 16 first leg at Atletico Madrid’s Estadio Metropolitano.

Although we scored twice through Pedro Porro and Dominic Solanke to give ourselves a glimmer of hope for next week’s return in N17, we were dealt a series of self-inflicted blows in the first half which gave the home side a huge advantage in the tie. The loss was our 19th defeat of the season in all competitions, and the first time in our entire history, we have lost six consecutive matches.

Igor Tudor is the the first manager in Spurs' history to lose each of his first four games in charge, we unanimously conclude his time at the Club is up and discuss where Tottenham should turn to next, in our bid to retain our Premier League status, ahead of a trip to Anfield to face Liverpool on Sunday in the Premier League.


We also discuss Mauricio Pochettino's attendance at the game and whether he is trying to force the board's hand ahead of a potential summer return.

We get a journalist perspective of what Henry is making of Tottenham's fall at a time in which Spurs are considering their options for a second change of manager in a month after three defeats in Igor Tudor's first three matches in charge. Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Jason McGovern, Richard Cracknell and Billie T as a second-half fightback fell short as we suffered another Premier League defeat with Fulham taking the points on Sunday.

We discuss the nature of the defeat, if we can see any benefits whatsoever so far what Igor Tudor is trying to implement and Spurs being in this seemingly endless battle with VAR and Premier League officiating, and fans may have genuine cause for frustration with the decision to award Harry Wilson’s opening goal.
