AUA2026: Focus on: Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer Update for the Urology Care Team

    CME Available: https://cme.auanet.org/URL/FOCUS263ONL

    LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After participating in this CME activity, participants will be able to:
    1. Analyze emerging data in NMIBC and guideline updates to evaluate the impact of disease recurrence and treatment-related complications on current care pathways and patient outcomes.
    2. Apply guideline-driven risk stratification in order to identify and select appropriate patients with high-risk NMIBC for optimal therapy sequencing and escalation of care.
    3. Implement strategies for safe and effective integration of novel intravesical and systemic immunotherapies to strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration and shared decision-making between urology and medical oncology.
    4. Develop patient-centered, evidence-informed care plans using guideline updates and real-world case examples, in order to address unmet needs, reduce recurrence risk, and improve quality of life for patients with NMIBC.

AUA2026: Contemporary Management of Advanced Prostate Cancer: Guidelines and Beyond

    CME Available: https://cme.auanet.org/URL/26DC040ONL

    LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
    1. Identify appropriate use of genetic testing, genetic counseling as well as somatic testing.
    2. Describe appropriate use of treatment-related to specific genetic alterations.
    3. Identify appropriate combination therapy with ADT plus novel androgen receptor pathway inhibitors and chemotherapy. Early treatment intensification as well as appropriate de intensification will be discussed in mHSCPC.
    4. Describe the treatments for non-metastatic CRPC and oncologic outcomes based on AUA/SUO and NCCN Guidelines.
    5. Counsel patients on available treatment options for CRPC as well as combination therapy and sequencing based on AUA/SUO and NCCN Guidelines.

AUA2026: Focus on: Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer

    CME Available: https://cme.auanet.org/URL/FOCUS266ONL

    LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After participating in this CME activity, participants will be able to:
    1. Evaluate limitations in the current MIBC treatment landscape including patient outcomes and gaps in available systemic therapies to identify individuals with limited or no effective treatment options and enhance clinical decision-making.
    2. Interpret the mechanisms of action and clinical data supporting antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) to determine their potential role in addressing unmet therapeutic needs in patients with MIBC who are ineligible for traditional treatment pathways.
    3. Incorporate evidence-based perioperative systemic treatment strategies including neoadjuvant and adjuvant approaches into patient care algorithms to improve pathologic response rates and survival outcomes in MIBC.
    4. Apply best practices for managing and mitigating adverse events associated with emerging systemic and perioperative therapies to optimize treatment adherence and patient safety in the MIBC setting.
    5. Implement strategies for effective communication, multidisciplinary care coordination, and shared decision-making between urologists, medical oncologists, and patients to improve treatment alignment and patient-centered outcomes in MIBC.

    15/07/2026 | 1 h 9 min
AUA2026: Focus on: ADT in the Modern Era - Balancing Cancer Control and Cardiovascular Safety

    CME Available: https://cme.auanet.org/URL/FOCUS265ONL

    LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After participating in this CME activity, participants will be able to:
    1. Integrate cardiovascular (CV) risk assessment into ADT initiation by applying key findings from the REVELUTION-1 trial to identify patients at elevated risk for atherosclerosis and MACE.
    2. Compare and apply the CV safety profiles of LHRH agonists versus GnRH receptor antagonists to guide personalized ADT selection in patients with varying CV risk.
    3. Implement streamlined monitoring strategies for men on oral ADT, including testosterone levels, lipid and blood pressure evaluation, and surveillance for early CV risk indicators.
    4. Collaborate with cardiology and primary care to optimize statin use and coordinate CV risk-reduction strategies for prostate cancer patients receiving ADT.
    5. Strengthen shared decision making and adherence by incorporating discussions of oncologic benefit, CV risk, and mitigation strategies into routine oral ADT counseling and follow-up.
