Between family, work, ministry, responsibilities, and the everyday demands of life, it’s easy to slip into striving rather than resting in God. In today’s episode with Scout Parker, we talk about what it truly means to abide in God—not just as a spiritual concept, but as a daily practice that sustains us.
Jesus reminds us in John 15 that He is the vine and we are the branches. Our strength, wisdom, and fruitfulness don’t come from doing more—they come from staying connected to Him. When we try to manage life on our own, exhaustion follows. But when we remain rooted in God, He provides the help, grace, and guidance we need for every season.
Abiding in God allows us to navigate busy seasons, carry heavy responsibilities, and still live with peace and purpose. God never intended for us to do life alone. His presence is not just for Sunday mornings—it’s the source that sustains us in the middle of everyday in life.
