About Chris Caggs:
Chris Carragher, known as Chris Caggs, is a 48-year-old Australian radio veteran. His impressive career includes permanent on-air roles at 16 radio stations and contributions to over 200 stations via the Community Radio Network.
Chris’s journey began in July 1998, co-hosting a Hip Hop & RnB show on Sydney’s Pump FM 99.3FM, which later evolved into Dance FM. He then joined DJ-FM 87.6FM, a 24/7 dance station in inner Sydney, collaborating with renowned DJs and major sponsors. His path also led him to connect with the team behind Melbourne’s successful Kiss FM Dance Music Australia.
From 1999 to 2001, Chris was a core part of Groove FM 94.5FM & 96.9FM Sydney, hosting breakfast and weekend shows and working alongside Australian media personalities like Andrew G and DJ Nino Brown. He also played a key role in the launch of Groove FM 97.3 Brisbane.
