Welcome back to another episode of Heavenly Ever After. On today’s episode, I dive into the book of Ezekiel in the Old Testament and break down the scripture, show how it is applicable to our lives today and also, how corresponding and correlating it is to the teachings of Christ later found in His Ministry. These passages of scripture studied are so important to follow as Christians and should be used in our daily as we develop our character to be more Christ-like. The study comes from Ezekiel 33-36. These chapters in recent times have been very impactful to me and I highly recommend visiting and studying them on your own. Today’s episode is all about “taking accountability” for our own actions, not being self righteous and calling others higher if we see they are not living a life that is pleasing to God. It is our responsibility as Christians to lead by example but also call out, with love, our family in Christ to be better. I pray this episode encourages you as this scripture has encouraged me. The Torn Veil That Clocked Hell
Welcome to another episode of Heavenly Ever After. Today, we are breaking down some scripture from Hebrews chapter 10. There’s something incredibly interesting and very deep that I wanted to address as far as the new covenant and the sacrifice of Jesus. This piece of scripture truly opened my eyes and helped me to continuously understand how meaningful our God is and how everything He does is ordained, perfect and divinely thought out, given to us and placed for us to discover and further understand. Jesus’s sacrifice was the atonement for sins and we are no longer bound to the old covenant of sacrificing animals within a sacred space. His Presence is everywhere and His Blood was shed for our freedom. Thank you, Jesus for The Blood. How To "Pick Up Your Cross"
Welcome to another episode of Heavenly Ever After. Today’s message is tailored to: what it is to be a “born again believer” and the steps to living a surrendered life to Christ. I break down the scripture found in John 3:1-10 when Jesus confronts Nicodemus about the concept of being born again. I give solid Biblical and spirit filled advice on how to work out your salvation and truly walk in the fullness of God. I talk about the steps to take to live a life that is surrendered to God. I mention how there are lifestyle changes that need to occur in order for this to take place. When you are “born again”, there will be fruit to follow and God will change your heart entirely. Jesus says: "If you do not deny yourself, pick up your cross and follow Me, you are not worthy of Me." This is not to be taken lightly. He means what He says. Now, let's apply it. Are You: "Claiming Christianity" or Committed To Christ?
Today's episode is pretty straightforward. The Lord promoted me to share a testament from my reading yesterday and I figured I would make it into a video until I was called to make an entire podcast episode on it. At the end of the book of Luke, and all of The Gospels, we hear of the story of the crucification of Jesus. Now, as Jesus had passed, He said something so monumental and powerful that we should want to live by this too. You will see it in the episode. It is something that will certainly change my life going forward and I will do everything in my power to live my life with this mindset in mind. Jesus paid the price for us, we owe Him everything. Are you claiming to be a "Christian" or are you actually living a life that is honoring, obeying and living for Him. You know the difference but the question is, how can we fix it?
