Donald Trump intentionally destroyed the legitimacy of the Department of Justice. But given the results of the midterm elections, there will soon be a very real opportunity to begin holding accountable Trump's corrupt DOJ officials like Attorney General Todd Blanche and Civil Rights Division's head Harmeet Dhillon, on the road to repairing and rebuilding the DOJ.

If it's possible to run the numbers on all of the lawsuits ever brought in our nation's history, the biggest loser would probably be Donald J. Trump. In fact, Trump has had ANOTHER lawsuit thrown out, specifically another $10 billion lawsuit that he himself brought - dismissed by Judge Darrin P. Gayles, and this isn't even the first time this lawsuit has been dismissed. But it's going to be the last time it's dismissed because Judge Gayles dismissed it with prejudice. Glenn discusses this new development in the case.

Another rogue ICE agent has been criminally indicted. This time for using his unmarked vehicle to run down and run over an unarmed man: a man who wasn't wanted, a man who had no criminal record, a man who has lived in the United States for more than 30 years!
This is a good news, bad news story. The good news: maybe there will be some justice for this victim of ICE's lawlessness. The bad news: ICE, DHS, and the Trump administration continue to operate as a criminal organization, assaulting people, violating their constitutional rights, and then lying about what they did, covering up their crimes, concealing evidence from state law enforcement authorities - in a very real and direct sense, obstructing justice.
