Steve Kerr returned as the face of Golden State's coaching staff Friday at Chase Center, where he discussed the process he and the Warriors organization went through to keep him as coach for another two seasons. Kerr also discussed the changes needed both on and off the floor for the Warriors to get back on track as a contending organization.
