Hagva is the collaborative vision of CP1 and Not Mass, both key figures in the Milan-based collective Evolvere and core-project of Stagno Records, the emerging Italian label reshaping the experimental music scene with its bold and innovative approach.

Recorded live at the legendary Omen Wapta Weekender at Garage Noord, this mix is a marathon descent down a rabbit hole of skeletal rhythms. Built on a philosophy of precision and rupture, the duo explores deep-seated resonances that cut with surgical intent, only to be dismantled by rhythms that break and reform in unpredictable and kinetic ways. Nesa Azadikhah is a Tehran-born, Paris-based DJ, producer and musician. She is best known for her
work as the founder of Deep House Tehran, a platform that highlights electronic music scenes in her
country. Nesa has been playing traditional percussion instruments (tonbak, daf) since the age of six. She
started mixing and producing in her teens. Over the years, she established herself as one of the pillars of
the Tehran music scene before relocating to Tbilisi and then Paris. In 2022, she teamed up with AIDA (a
DJ and producer based in San Francisco) to launch Apranik record label in the midst of the Woman Life
Freedom revolution. She also founded Makhunik Records. As a DJ, her sets move effortlessly from
techno to house music.

We are thrilled to share Mary Yuzovskaya's set recorded live from Monument Festival 2025 as part of our MNMT 500 celebrations.

Mary Yuzovskaya runs her set like an old but reliable steam engine locomotive. Except this train is going to Hogwarts. Mary is a responsible conductor, making sure everyone is on board, getting their bodies going at a steady pace, warming up the system for what's to come. Later.

Her sound lives in a hypnotic but assertive space. The hypnotic part comes from steady patterns that loop and settle into the body. Rhythms that repeat long enough to quiet the thinking mind. You are not distracted by constant changes. The groove stays in place and draws you in through consistency.

The whole Monument family is dancing in sync. Looking as good as ever. High in energy and anticipation. And then. The sky opens. But, we have our best lasers ON, saved for this occasion, saturday night, they weren't used on friday at all, and when the pouring rain hits the upgraded lasers, we have a million diamonds falling towards us. The crowd roars. Celebrates what nature throws at us. Surrenders to its will. No one left the dancefloor to seek refuge in their tents. No one. Mary Yuzovskaya responds...

If you were there, you know that this was the start to what can only be described as the Champions League of festival night shifts. With Yuzovskaya, Pacho and Doltz seemingly playing one after another. Mary’s job was to get the crowd going, but at the same time leave room for more. She delivered.
