Saiman eventually landed a coveted job at Tesla, and then Lyft, as an engineer, working on his F-1 student visa.As most F-1 visa holders working on OPT, Saiman started applying for his H-1B visa. Year after year he wasn’t selected in the lottery, and while he was preparing to submit an O-1 visa petition he learned about the EB-1A. He applied, was approved, and after a journey with retrogression, got his green card.Along the way, friends of his started asking him about his EB-1A journey.
